Can a notarized will be voided in Israel? Posted on June 24, 2013

A testator, so long as he/she has not been deemed legally incompetent and/or his physical condition is not dire, may order the voiding of his will in writing. To emphasize, if the testator intends to void a notarized will, it is advisable to draft a notarized document in which the testator rescinds his will.
